Business Marketing Solutions LLC Text Messaging Terms

Program

These terms apply to the Business Marketing Solutions LLC Customer Messaging program, through which Business Marketing Solutions LLC sends text messages about requests, appointments and services to customers and prospective customers who opt in or who text us.

Opting in

By opting in to text messages from Business Marketing Solutions LLC ("we"), you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, service updates, and, if you opted in to marketing, offers and promotions.

You can opt in by checking the optional text message box when you send a form on our website. The box is never checked for you, and you can send the form without checking it. If you text us first, we reply to your messages in that conversation.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any goods or services from us. We send marketing messages, such as offers and promotions, only to people who have separately agreed to receive them.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, plus replies to conversations you start.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

To stop receiving messages

Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.

You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. Send the word on its own, as a single message. If you ask us to stop in any other way, we will honor that request too.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. This program is for mobile numbers on U.S. wireless carriers.

Your privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. Platform

These texts are sent using High Level Claw, a platform operated by Open Claw Assistance LLC, which processes your messages on our behalf.
